Abstract:

Four monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) to immunoglobulin M (IgM) of turbot Scophthalmus maximusB1D1, D5C2, E1B2 and F4A1) are showed good anti-turbot IgM reactivity in enzymeindicated that the titre of the mAb was 1:1.024×106 and the minimum detectable amount of IgMResults of immunoblotting showed that the mAb reacted with heavy chain of IgM.The mAbs characterization should prove useful for studying the biology of IgM and its practical application

The convexity about ultimate bearing hypersurfaces of structures

Chengxi GUO,Tingting GUO

Frontiers of Structural and Civil Engineering 2016, Volume 10, Issue 4,   Pages 456-461 doi: 10.1007/s11709-016-0334-1

Abstract: The relationship between the convexity on the ultimate bearing surface of a structure and the second-orderHessian matrix composed of the second-order partial derivatives on the hypersurface about the ultimate bearingSome applications in the analysis of bearing capacity of structures were illustrated with examples. The study shows that an evaluation about the bearing capacity state of a complex structure can be madeon the basis of several points on the surface of the ultimate bearing of the structure.

XU Hua, ZHU Jun

Frontiers of Mechanical Engineering 2006, Volume 1, Issue 1,   Pages 96-100 doi: 10.1007/s11465-005-0008-5

Abstract: the transfer matrix method are used to establish the equations for the dynamics performance of rotor bearingTo check the response of the rotor bearing system under unbalance motivation, the Gauss method is usedthat may affect the dynamic performance and forced vibration under unbalance motivation of the rotor bearingThe analysis results show that the mechanical seal more or less has effects on the rotor bearing systemThe mechanical seal has much more effects on the flexible rotor bearing system than on the rigid one.
